My client wanted to create a light and spacious feel with no clutter or too many units. They wanted to achieve a balanced design, keeping the Aga central to the room was a must! With a beautiful apex as the focal point of the room meant it was essential to keep the kitchen symmetrical. Their old kitchen was dark so they wanted a total opposite and complete change so it was vital to create a light and airy feel, traditional with a contemporary twist. Open features were high on my clients wish list and I created a beautiful bespoke plate rack and wine rack for a focal point. A glazed unit with lighting was also designed, as this creates atmosphere and a place for my client to display her finest china! We kept the worktop light and used Corian in the colour Everest, this really adds a touch of luxury.
